With over 75 years of combined senior-level experience in non-conforming mortgage and private money lending, we are dedicated to providing secured profitable real estate investments and services for our investors. All loans are collateralized by 1st and 2nd trust deeds in California. Our dedication to integrity, transparency, and achievement of best results for our investors and borrowers means we hold high ethical standards and work to exceed customer expectations.
Curtis Manriquez has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions, including President, COO, VP and Director at 6 finance and non-conforming mortgage companies — the most successful earning the distinction of IPO of the Year in 2003 and achieving many "Best in Class" operating metrics in the non-conforming lending space. Born and raised in Northern California, Curt began his career at Ford Consumer Finance (NYSE:F), serving as District Manager and Region Vice President. Drawing from his 11-year experience as Division Manager and Director of Wholesale Operations Western U.S. at Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEND), Curt is personally involved with every private money loan originated at CFM Real Estate Services, Inc. He has over 30 successful years of experience in investing in real estate and trust deed investments. Curt holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University and received a Masters in business studies from the University of San Diego. As the President and Mortgage Broker of record, Curt is responsible for overseeing all activities of the company.
Phillip Bairley has over 25 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience. Born and raised in California, Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He immediately started his career at Beneficial Finance Corporation, one of the largest consumer finance companies in the U.S., and later served as Regional Production Manager for 10 years at Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEND), specializing in the San Diego market. As a seasoned real estate and trust deed investor himself, Phil personally oversees business development for all private money loans at CFM REAL Estate Services, Inc. Combining his credit management experience from Beneficial with his extensive understanding of the mortgage market and non-conforming financing products from Accredited, Phil provides expertise in all aspects of private money lending.
